Use of the STS Continuum platform itself, where made available, is governed by a separate written agreement between STS and the relevant organisation. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide the platform or a binding commitment to do so.

The content of this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical, clinical, diagnostic or professional advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. It does not establish any clinician-patient relationship. If you have a health concern, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional. 04 Regulatory status of the platform

STS Continuum is under development. It is investigational and is not, at the date of these terms, a CE-marked medical device, and it is not intended for clinical use or for primary diagnosis. Descriptions on this website are forward-looking statements of intended functionality and of the regulatory and quality framework we are building towards; they are not representations that any certification, conformity assessment or clinical validation has been completed. We will publish conformity information as and when it is achieved.

05 Acceptable use

• use the website unlawfully or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its underlying systems;
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the website's operation or security;
